�� Directions South (I-10):
– Exit I-10 at Litchfield Rd. and head north.
– Continue Litchfield Rd. past McDowell Rd to Thomas Rd. (Northbound Litchfield Rd will be closed at
Thomas).
– Turn left (east) on Thomas Rd.
– Turn right (north) on 140th Ave.
– Turn right (west) on Avalon Dr. and cross Litchfield Rd.
– Follow event signage and check in at Goodyear Community Park.

�� Directions North (Indian School Road):
– Head south on Litchfield Rd. past Indian School Rd.
– Turn left (east) onto Avalon Dr. into the Goodyear Community Park
– Cross Litchfield Rd at Avalon Dr. and continue following event signage to vendor check-
in.

�� Directions East (Dysart Rd.):
– Head west on Thomas Rd. from Dysart Rd.
– Turn left (south) on 140th Ave.
– Continue straight to Avalon Dr. and turn left (east).
– Cross Litchfield Rd. at Avalon Dr.
– Follow event signage and check in at Goodyear Community Park.
�� Directions West (Bullard Rd.):
– Head east on Thomas Rd from Bullard Rd.
– Turn right (south) on 140th Ave.
– Continue straight to Avalon Dr. and turn left (east).
– Cross Litchfield Rd. at Avalon Dr.
– Follow event signage and check in at Goodyear Community Park.
Vendor Load In
– Once checked in, all vendor must display the vendor decal in their windshield to enter
the loading zone.
– Vendor load in will occur on the Southbound lanes of Litchfield Rd.
– Parking will not be allowed in this area.

– Vendors should enter Southbound at Avalon Dr. and proceed south to the loading zone
to unload items to their vendor space (on the other side of the median) once unloaded
proceed to south to exit at Thomas Rd.
– Vendors should turn right on West Thomas, to N 140 th Ave., back to Avalon Dr. to park at
the Goodyear Community Park vendor parking.

Upon arrival, there will be a check in table to sign in at. There, you will be given your booth space number, wristbands and further vendor load in information including parking. All vendors must be setup and all vehicles out of the vendor area by 9:30am for gates to open at 10am. No vehicles will be permitted in the vendor area after 9:30am.

No power will be supplied to vendors.

Bring everything you will need for your booth space including mandatory weights for your canopy.

Bring change for buyers with cash. Bring a card swiper for buyers with debit cards or credit cards.

No selling drinks, snacks or food of any kind unless you’re a food vendor.

Alcohol is not permitted.

(MUST KEEP IT LOWKEY AND COVERED AT ALL TIMES).

Any sponsors who have not sent in product for the contests and raffle yet, I ask that you please drop those items off asap at the SkaterCon booth located in the skatepark parking lot for mentions on mic throughout the day as part of our agreement.

At 6:00pm load out begins.
